• Biomass boilers are a kind of boilers. The boilers which use biomass energy as fuel are called biomass boilers. The boiler adopts the most suitable combustion equipment for biomass fuel combustion -- reciprocating grate.

Fuel supply
The fuel of the boiler is BMF fuel, which is fed into the top hopper by the feeder and then into the furnace by the screw feeder and evenly distributed on the grate.
The combustion process
The fuel is fed into the furnace by a spiral feeder, where it is gradually preheated, dried, on fire, and burned due to the action of high-temperature flue gas and primary wind. In this process, a large amount of volatiles are separated out and the combustion is intense.
After the generated high temperature flue gas scours the main heating surface of the boiler, it enters the coal economizer and air preheater on the heating surface of the boiler tail, enters the dust collector, and finally is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
The ungasified fuel moves towards the back of the grate until it is burnt out, and finally a small amount of ash falls into the slag removal port behind the grate.
Environmental emissions
The ash produced by BMF combustion accounts for about 1.5% of the fuel. To facilitate ash removal, a screw slag extracter is arranged at the back of the boiler to realize continuous ash removal.
The boiler tail flue is arranged with dust remover to ensure that the smoke emission meets the requirements of environmental protection.
Boiler efficiency
Biomass boiler efficiency is generally more than 80%, the boiler model, combustion more fully, the boiler efficiency is higher.
The highest rate reached 88.3 percent, 15 percent higher than the average efficiency of coal-fired boilers
